Color: Rumple’s Wiggin’
Retail Price: $8.50 (USD)This shade is from OPI’s 2010 Shrek Forever After collection. It is a bright lilac color with a creme finish. It reminds me of Panda-Monium Pink (OPI), but Rumple’s Wiggin’ is all lilac, whereas Panda-Monium Pink is pastel pink with a tiny hint of lilac.
Once again, I am so impressed with the opacity of this shade. I think Essie pastels have got me thinking all pastels are just supposed to be streaky, but OPI keeps proving my assumption wrong. In the photo above, I am wearing 2 coats of Rumple’s Wiggin’.
I am especially fond of this color because it’s just bright enough to not be too pastel, if that makes sense. I think it’s a great spring color that could draw in people who don’t ordinarily wear pastels.
I want to say Light As Air (China Glaze) is a dupe for this shade, but I love the bright pop of color that is Rumple’s Wiggin’, and I honestly can’t think of another shade that so brilliantly mirrors this effect. Loving it, OPI!
